Ahlbrand Media & Marketing LLC
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Ahlbrand Media & Marketing LLC (“Ahlbrand Media”). By booking services, the client agrees to the following:
1. Media Ownership & Usage Rights
All photographs, videos, and other media created by Ahlbrand Media remain the property of Ahlbrand Media.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the listed property or their real estate business. Media may not be sold, sublicensed, or used as stock content without prior written consent.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $75 fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $125 fee.
We understand that unexpected situations arise and aim to be reasonable when possible. Repeated last-minute changes may result in stricter enforcement of this policy.
3. Access & No-Show Policy
If the photographer arrives at the property and is unable to complete the shoot due to lack of access, locked entry, or inability to reach the client or homeowner after reasonable attempts, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the applicable fee.
This policy accounts for blocked scheduling, travel time, and lost booking opportunities.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery of the media, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Media may not be downloaded or accessed until payment is received in full. All invoices must be paid according to the terms listed on the invoice.
5. Media Format & Editing
Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG or other standard formats suitable for MLS, web, and marketing use. Video deliverables are provided in formats appropriate for online and social platforms.
Final edits are performed at Ahlbrand Media’s discretion to maintain consistent quality and style. Minor adjustments may be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
6. Raw Files
Raw photo or video files are not provided. All deliverables are professionally edited and curated to meet Ahlbrand Media’s quality standards.
7. Limitations & Liability
Ahlbrand Media makes every reasonable effort to capture high-quality media but cannot be held responsible for factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, lighting limitations, property condition, access issues, or unforeseen technical problems.
If an issue materially impacts the deliverables, a reshoot or adjustment may be offered at Ahlbrand Media’s discretion.
8. Agreement
By booking services with Ahlbrand Media & Marketing LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
