What to Expect
We primarily serve Greater Indianapolis and surrounding areas. If your property is outside this area, feel free to reach out and we’ll confirm availability.
Most agents book 1–3 days ahead. Same-week availability is common, but earlier booking is recommended for tighter timelines.
Most appointments take 30–90 minutes, depending on the services selected and the size of the property.
Typical turnaround times:
- Photos: within 24 hours
- Video: within 48–72 hours
- Drone / 3D Tours: delivered alongside primary media or within the stated timeframe Delivery timelines are confirmed at booking.
All media is delivered through an online gallery or property page with:
- Easy downloads
- Branded and unbranded options (when applicable)
- Simple sharing for MLS, sellers, and social media
Minor adjustments (color, exposure, straightening) are always included. Requests beyond the original scope or for additional services may require an additional fee.
Raw photo or video files are not provided. All deliverables are professionally edited to meet Ahlbrand Media’s quality standards.
We recommend homes be:
- Clean and staged
- Lights turned on
- Blinds adjusted evenly
- Personal clutter minimized

If weather conditions significantly impact exterior shots, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust timing when possible.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $75 fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $125 fee.
We understand things come up and always do our best to be reasonable when possible.
Drone services are subject to airspace restrictions, weather, and safety considerations. If drone flight is not permitted at a location, we’ll notify you promptly.
We primarily coordinate with agents, but homeowners may receive preparation information if included during booking.
