If weather conditions significantly impact exterior shots, I’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust timing when possible.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $75 fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $125 fee. Things come up, and I’ll always be reasonable.

Do you offer drone photography everywhere?

Drone services are subject to airspace restrictions, weather, and safety considerations. If drone flight is not permitted at a location, I'll notify you the moment I find out.

Should the homeowner be there during the shoot?

It’s totally fine if they are. I tend to work fastest with a clear house, so a quick hello at the start and some space while I shoot is ideal. I mainly coordinate with agents, but homeowners can get prep info if it’s included at booking.
